This is a brief summary of how to use this site |

The menu on the left of each screen lists our product categories. Click on a main- or sub-category to search it. Each page then displays some thumbnail images. Double click any image to see a larger picture, price, and more information. To make a purchase simply click on ‘Buy Now’. The item/s will be placed into your “virtual basket” (you can change the quantity at the checkout). When you are ready to pay click the “checkout” button on the top right of the page.
Not sure what you are looking for? Click on the “COOK”, “LIGHT”, or “LIVE” buttons, towards the top of each page, or the “What’s New” tab at the very top of the page. Here you will find overviews of our product categories and special offers.
To the left of every screen is a rolling display of logos for products we stock. Next to that is a drop-down menu of names. Click a name to show all available products for that supplier. Just under this is a search bar, type in what you are looking for.
Note: Try to use one word and no plurals. If the result says ‘Sorry, no products found’ try another word before you give up!

PAYMENT
By Card: Once you place an order online and enter your card details, we will always contact you with availability and expected delivery dates before taking any money. Credit/Debit card transactions are processed through our secure THWARTE server. If you have any concerns about this please call us and we can process the transaction by phone.
By Phone: Call us on 01208 812860. You can pay with your CARD or leave your order with us and put a CHEQUE in the post. If possible print off the shopping basket page that appears at the Checkout, as it will list all your selected items and quantities. If you are paying by cheque your items will be shipped as soon as the cheque has cleared (normally after 7 working days).
If you have any specific order requirements etc please add this information when you see the ‘ANY OTHER DETAILS…’ section on the ‘Your Details’ page at checkout.

The majority of the products on our website are always in stock. However, occasionally we may need to order your items in, especially if you need a quantity. You will always be informed of expected delivery dates before you are charged and we will do our best to make it as speedy as possible! We aim for same/next day despatch but please allow up to 28 days, particularly if an item is not in stock.
POSTAGE & PACKING
We charge a standard rate of just £4.99 per order, free if your order totals £50 or more. Click here for detailed delivery information.
We only ship to U.K. mainland addresses at the moment. We are looking to extend this to Europe and Worldwide in the near future.
It's worth mentioning that we may sometimes re-use old boxes for your parcel . We feel it is important for businesses to recycle where possible.
