Terms and Conditions |

1.All items are subject to availability. The majority of the products on our website are always in stock. However, occasionally we may need to order your items in, especially if you need a quantity. We aim for same/next day despatch but please allow up to 28 days, particularly if an item is not in stock.
2.We reserve the right to review the price of any item. If any item you have ordered is subject to any increase in price, we will notify you prior to dispatch.
3.All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate. Postage & packing is an additional cost.
4.All purchases from www.glanvillesofwadebridge.co.uk are governed by English Law.
5.Your statutory rights are not affected.
6.RETURNS
If you don’t like something, or its not how you thought it would be, don't worry! Glanvilles guarantee your satisfaction.
All of our products are supplied with a no quibble guarantee.
Notification of any goods received faulty or incorrect must be made in writing either by email, fax or post to Glanvilles within 7 days of receipt. An order may be cancelled up to 7 days from the day after date of receipt. Prior notification must be made in writing either by email, fax or post to Glanvilles. If you are unhappy with any of our products or services please contact us in writing by email, fax or post. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will endeavour to fix the problem. If you are asked to return the item/s, please do so in their original packaging and ensure they have not been used or installed. We will then refund you up to the value of the goods. If the items are confirmed to be faulty then we will also refund the return postage value. The responsibility is with you until we receive your parcel so please get proof of postage from your Post Office.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
7.DAMAGES
-If you do not have time to fully check the contents of your delivery, please sign for it but write "UNCHECKED" next to your signature. If an item is damaged in transit and you have not done this then we cannot reclaim any monies from the courier and therefore cannot offer a free replacement or refund.
-If an item is found to be damaged on checking in front of the delivery person, please do not accept the delivery and call us at the nearest opportunity. We will dispatch a replacement item as soon as possible.
-If you have signed for a delivery as "UNCHECKED" and subsequently found an item to be damaged, then please call us at the earliest opportunity. We will arrange for our courier to inspect and uplift the item and then arrange for a replacement or refund to be given as soon as possible.
8.LIABILITY
Once goods have been installed (Lighting in particular), they cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Save as precluded by law, Glanvilles of Wadebridge will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition, and Glanvilles shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question and any postage paid for return of goods provided, providing that all conditions are met.
9.WARRANTY
All goods supplied by Glanvilles are guaranteed free from defects for a period of 12 months from the date of supply. This does not apply to defects arising from negligence, accident, or fair wear and tear.
Should goods under warranty develop any defects, please notify Glanvilles of Wadebridge in writing as soon as possible.
